New Bicycles for Students with the Best School Attendance at SK Sg Judah

In December 2025, Compassi Berhad presented four bicycles to two girls and two boys from SK Sg Judah who achieved the best school attendance records for the year.

According to the school principal, maintaining good school attendance remains one of the key priorities and challenges for this Orang Asli school. When we asked what might best encourage students to come to school consistently, the answer was both simple and practical - fishing rods or bicycles!

We are deeply grateful to Pn Wan Intan Bahiyah and the International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry (IWFCI) Malaysia for generously contributing the four bicycles that made this initiative possible.

The day, however, was much more than just a bicycle presentation ceremony. Together with our teachers and volunteers, we organised a fun English assessment circuit where students moved from one classroom to another, participating in games and activities designed to assess their reading and comprehension abilities.

What made the day even more meaningful was that our teachers were able to meet their students face-to-face, rather than through the usual “see you on screen” sessions during the regular e-English Enrichment classes.

It was truly a memorable and heartwarming engagement for both the students and teachers alike.

Beyond the activities and prizes, the visit also reminded us how much joy and warmth the students of SK Sg Judah continue to share with us through their Mah Meri culture of songs, dance, creativity, and art.

We look forward to continuing this meaningful journey together with the students and community of SK Sg Judah in the years ahead.
