Our Programs

e-English Enrichment (E3) Program

We believe language is a transformative tool for the acquisition of knowledge. This foundation empowers individuals to recognize their inherent value, develop critical life skills, and build the resilience required to overcome adversity and pursue new economic and social opportunities.

Our E3 program is an online interactive English learning program we specifically designed to reach out to marginalized student groups that need assistance to improve competency of the English Language.

We aspire to see our students become successful individuals – contributing to both private enterprises and public service across the globe.

These flexible classes can be conducted anywhere – from private homes to community centres or even in an open-air environment. Classes are not age specific but will be arranged according to the competency level of the students.

Focus groups:

Rural learners with a poor command of the language
Marginalized students (hard-core poor) in the inner-city
Undocumented children
Refugee children waiting for adoption by host countries.

We empower through our e-English Enrichment program, an online interactive English learning program we specifically designed to reach out to marginalized student groups that need assistance to improve competency of the English Language.

We hope to see that students who take part in this program can one day become successful individuals in the private and public sectors in various parts of the world.

The classes are flexible enough to be conducted in any environment e.g., from private homes, community centers, or even in an open-air environment. The classes are not age specific but will be arranged according to the competency level of the students.

E3 Conversational English Program

The E-3 Conversational English Program is a dedicated project for students from marginalized and underserved communities. It acts as a pathway for social and economic growth, providing a practical bridge to opportunities that are often locked away by language barriers and high costs.

The heart of the program is building the inner confidence to speak English naturally and without fear. By using live, digital interactions that mimic real-life and work scenarios, students can practice in a supportive space. This digital approach allows us to reach remote and rural areas where high-quality English instruction is rarely available.

Program Milestones:

Launched: Our very first class successfully began in April 2025.

Current Status: We are currently running our pilot class in Sabah.

Expansion: We are preparing to scale our impact with more classes starting in mid-June 2026.

Sports

Sports help to cultivate and develop the youth in areas of self-discipline, strategic thinking, and teamwork.

Compassi actively promotes Ultimate Frisbee as one of the sports for youth groups. Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact, self-refereed team sport played with a flying disc frisbee. It combines elements of netball, touch football, and basketball into a fast paced, athletic sport. There is no sport that compares to the unique dynamics of Ultimate Frisbee. The rules of Ultimate are simple and can be compared to a cross between soccer and basketball.

Children who play Ultimate Frisbee are exposed to situations that regularly develop life skills such as:

• Learning and practicing co-operation and teamwork.

• Empathy, honesty, and self-regulation.

• Building logical thinking skills through strategy

• Learning and practicing healthy competition.
